🛍️ Orders & Customization


Yes. Most signage and print products allow customization. You can upload your design during checkout or attach files when submitting a quotation request.

Orders may be modified only before production begins. Production starts after payment confirmation. Please contact us immediately for any changes.

Yes. Fully custom projects that are not standard shop products must be ordered through our quotation form. This includes custom POS displays, exhibition elements, and unique fabrication work.

Yes. You may upload reference images at checkout or attach them when requesting a quote. Mockups are available upon request.

Most signage, 3D letters, and large-format print products have no minimum order. Certain small-format items may require minimum quantities.

Yes. Most products include automatic tier-based discounts (typically 5%, 10%, and 15%) depending on quantity. For larger or bundled projects, additional project-level discounts may apply.

🎨 Design & File Uploads


For print production, we prefer vector files such as AI, CDR, SVG, or print-ready PDF.
High-resolution JPG or PNG files are accepted if quality is sufficient.

Please provide artwork in CMYK color mode for all printed materials.

For 3D signage or painted elements, if exact color matching is required, include RAL, HEX, or Pantone references.

For shop products, design files can be uploaded during checkout.
For fully custom projects, files must be attached when submitting a quotation request.

We recommend uploading everything in one place through checkout or the quotation form.
If files exceed 250 MB per file, you may share them via email, WeTransfer, or a Drive link.

You may also include any specific production notes during checkout or within your quote request.

Yes. We provide professional graphic design for signage, print materials, and custom fabrication projects.
Design services are quoted separately upon request.

Revisions are generally included for standard projects. Branding projects follow a separate revision structure.

Yes. Up to 10 files per order, maximum 250 MB per file.

For fully custom projects, mockups and technical confirmations are provided before production.
Production begins only after payment confirmation.

Standard shop products proceed directly to production unless a preview is specifically requested.

🛠️ Warranty & Aftercare


If the package appears damaged, note it on the delivery slip before signing.
Please notify us as soon as possible and send clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

This allows us to investigate and resolve the issue quickly.

EU consumer return rights apply only to standard, non-custom products.
Such items may be returned within the legal period if unused and in perfect condition.

Customized or made-to-order products are non-refundable unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

Our main signage products include up to 3 years warranty against manufacturing defects.

This covers structural failure, electrical malfunction (e.g. LED or power supply failure), or components that disassemble without external cause.

The warranty does not cover third-party damage, improper installation, misuse, or external impact.

Yes. Installation services are currently available in Budapest.

Online shop delivery is also limited to Budapest.

Delivery or installation outside Budapest, within Hungary or the EU, may be arranged upon request.

Yes. We provide ongoing support and guidance for our products.

You may contact us 24/7 via chatbot or contact form.

We guarantee a response within 48 hours.

💳 Payments & Invoicing


We accept credit and debit cards, Google Pay, and bank transfers.

Payments can be made in HUF or EUR.

For custom projects, a formal quotation is issued.
Once the quotation is signed electronically, a sales order is confirmed and an invoice is generated.

Payment must be completed within 3 days of invoice issuance.

Production begins only after payment confirmation is received.

Yes. Please provide your company billing details and VAT number at checkout or during quotation approval.

For Hungarian customers, VAT is applied according to Hungarian regulations..

For EU businesses outside Hungary with a valid EU VAT number, invoices are issued without Hungarian VAT under reverse charge rules.

No. All projects require 100% upfront payment before production begins.

Invoices are issued electronically and sent by email.

All documentation is stored securely within our system.

🚚 Shipping & Pickup


Online webshop delivery is currently available within Budapest.

Delivery outside Budapest or to other EU countries is available upon request for custom or approved projects.

Production time depends on the type, size, and complexity of the product.

Standard production lead time is typically 2–7 business days.
For most print products, production is completed the next business day.

Delivery time depends on the selected shipping method and courier service.

Yes. Orders can be collected from our Budapest location during opening hours.

Please notify us at least 30 minutes in advance before arrival.

Express production or deadline-based delivery may be available on a case-by-case basis.
