All important information about the ordering process, file upload, production, delivery and warranty.
Choose your preferred product, size, material, and customization options directly on the webshop. Add the product to your cart, complete the checkout details, upload your graphics, and select either delivery or warehouse pickup in Budapest. Once payment is confirmed, production begins according to the lead time shown on the product page.
For cutting, engraving, CNC, and illuminated signage products, we recommend vector files such as AI, CDR, SVG, or EPS. For printed products, high-resolution PDF, PNG, or JPG files are preferred. Using the correct format helps ensure accurate production quality.
Yes. You can either request shipping or choose personal pickup from our Budapest workshop during checkout. Delivery options may vary depending on the product size and destination.
If you notice an issue with your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help modify or correct the order before production begins. Once manufacturing has started, certain changes may no longer be possible.
Design files are uploaded during checkout after adding your products to the cart. If needed, additional files can also be sent later by email with your order reference number.
Production times vary depending on the product type, quantity, and complexity. Estimated lead times are displayed on each product page. Production starts once payment and final files are confirmed.
Custom-made and personalized products cannot be returned once production has started. However, all products are covered under our warranty policy to ensure proper manufacturing quality and functionality.
Our products are covered by a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects and functional issues under normal use conditions. The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or customer-provided file errors.
